Shipment

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment with one of our shipping service providers. For tracking purposes, the email address you provide will be forwarded to the shipping service provider for notification. We will send you a tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.

Shipping cost includes loading and packing charges and postage. Loading charges are fixed, whereas transportation charges vary, depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine multiple items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping charges are calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with extra care. The shipping boxes are cut wide and your goods will be packed well protected. Shipping costs are 4,95 € for deliveries within Germany (islands excluded). From a purchase value of 49,00 € the delivery is free of charge.
