The shipping costs we charge a flat rate of 4.95 euros including packaging.
From an order value of 39€ we deliver your order free of shipping costs. Our store system automatically takes this into account in the shopping cart. Here is no further action required from you.
Once you have completed your purchase and paid, everything happens very quickly.
Within the next two to three business days, the package will arrive at your door, unless you have chosen the payment method prepayment. In addition, there may occasionally be delays with the shipping service provider due to external influences.
Your package will be shipped by DHL or DPD. As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. With the shipment number contained therein, you can check where your package is currently located.
We strive at all times to meet the stated delivery times. However, it may happen that delivery delays occur in the event of a high volume of orders. This may be the case especially with limited time promotions. We apologize for this! In such a case you will be informed by us about the delay.
If the package does not reach you within the next three days after you have received the shipping confirmation, use the DHL shipment tracking to check whether the package was left with a neighbor or at a branch. If this is not the case, our service staff will be happy to help you. For this purpose, please send us an e-mail to support@nameless-tobacco.com, stating your order number.
Orders can be paid conveniently and securely by ApplePay, invoice purchase, instant bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or advance payment. Note that with the payment method prepayment, the processing of your order only after receipt of payment.
Unfortunately, PayPal's terms and conditions do not allow the sale of tobacco products. Therefore, only nicotine-free products and accessories can be paid via PayPal. As soon as your shopping cart contains only these items, the PayPal payment method will be displayed again.
